I love learning new things by reading 70+ books per year, watching MasterClasses and TED talks, and listening to podcasts. And once I've learned something, I share it with others here on my site.

Work
I've spent the past decade managing teams and training managers.

In that time, I've gotten the chance to build onboarding and manager training programs from scratch at multiple startups and SMBs, lead teams through hypergrowth as well as layoffs, facilitate thousands of meetings, and train hundreds of managers and executives.
